Native WhatsApp Cloud API integration via Meta. Click-to-WhatsApp Ads (CTWA) deliver ctwa_clid server-side, so Sprix matches every inbound message to the exact ad before the customer ever finishes typing. Got an existing CRM bridge (Bitrix24, Kommo, etc.) instead? It still works via webhook + marker parsing as a fallback.
Cloud API + CTWA: 95–100% (ctwa_clid is server-side, untouchable). CRM-bridge fallback when Cloud API isn't set up: 75–90% depending on whether ctwa_clid is forwarded or we parse the marker from message text.
Telegram bot
Customer clicks your ad → opens t.me/your_bot with a unique marker. The bot receives the marker server-side via the /start command. No user action required — fully deterministic.
Works the same for ads from Facebook, TikTok, or any other source. The marker travels through Telegram's native deep-link — clean and untamperable.
Telegram channel
Sprix generates a one-shot invite link per click. When the customer subscribes, Sprix matches the join event to the original ad via the chat_member webhook.
Works the same for any ad source. Each click gets its own invite link, so the source doesn't matter.
Telegram personal chat (Business API)
Customer opens t.me/your_username with a pre-filled marker. Sprix receives the first message via Telegram Business API. One @SprixBot serves all your clients — multi-tenant out of the box.
Requires Telegram Premium with Business features enabled. Marker visible in the prefilled text — accuracy drops slightly if the customer rewrites the message before sending.

Last year I ran my own TikTok → Telegram funnel for a visa-consulting service and published a case study on LinkedIn and Medium about taking it from 4% to 18% qualified conversion. The case was about the funnel mechanics — bot UX, creative iteration, prefilled DMs. But the loudest pain I felt while running it wasn't building the funnel.
